Patrycja Lentowszczyk-Cichocka is a dynamic leader in intercultural education, a community organiser, and an Executive MBA student at the University of Galway, where she focuses on responsible leadership, sustainability, and inclusive governance. For over two decades, she has worked to empower the migrant communities in Ireland through education, cultural engagement, and strategic advocacy.

As founder of the Polish Educational Society in Ireland, she has campaigned for the inclusion of the Polish language in the Irish education system, promoting bilingual education as a key to equality and cultural belonging. She has also led Polish complementary schools in Clonmel, Cashel, Cork, and Cobh, supporting migrant children in maintaining their language and identity while building educational confidence.

Patrycja has also been instrumental in bringing Polish theatre to Irish audiences, fostering ongoing connection to language and culture through the arts. She believes that cultural expression strengthens community bonds and helps migrants feel seen, valued, and connected.

In 2023, she co-founded the International Business Forum and Fair (IBFF) — a groundbreaking event in Western Ireland that brings together entrepreneurs, educators, artists, and diplomats to celebrate inclusion, innovation, and intercultural collaboration.

Now deeply engaged in a vibrant Irish primary school community and completing her MBA, Patrycja brings a rare blend of grassroots leadership, cultural sensitivity, and strategic thinking to her role as Volunteer Coordinator for the Polish Arts Festival. Based in Galway, she sees every festival as a space where community, creativity, and identity come together to inspire lasting change.
