Alexandra Rosiak is an arts manager, curator and producer with over 16 years’ experience across arts organisations, festivals, community projects and arts publishing. She has been Co-Artistic Director of the Polish Arts Festival in Limerick since 2020, bringing extensive curatorial and producing expertise to the festival, alongside a strong network of artists, cultural organisations and international partners. In this role, she has contributed to developing the festival’s artistic vision and multidisciplinary programme, supporting artists and creating opportunities for cultural exchange between Polish and Irish communities.
As a freelance producer, Aleksandra currently collaborates with designer and theatre maker Orla Clogher, producing the touring of her non-verbal theatre work FEN nationally and internationally. Her freelance practice encompasses artistic development, production, touring, partnership building and international networking.
Previously, as Acting Director and Programme Manager at Riverbank Arts Centre, Aleksandra developed an ambitious programme of events with a particular focus on children and young audiences, local and migrant communities, and arts education and outreach. She is also an experienced arts educator and facilitator, with a strong background in youth theatre and community arts practice.
Aleksandra currently works as an Assistant Arts Officer with Offaly County Council, where she leads youth arts development, funding programmes and the coordination of Hullabaloo! Offaly’s Children’s Arts Festival. She is also a Board Member of Baboró International Arts Festival for Children.
She studied English Literature, Cultural Studies and Arts Management in Poland, and Community Arts and Conflict Resolution in Ireland.
